IODS terms of use

Terms of Use

The use of data provided through IODS is for academic and R&D Departments of financial institutions.

It is for non-commercial purposes only. You may not download data for commercial purposes, redistribute to third party nor use it for investment analysis purposes.

IODS subscribers will pay a flat fee to access the platform and will be allowed to several databases at no extra cost. The membership allows access to the following initial databases: Lipper FMI (Thomson reuters), Altares (Dun & Bradstreet), European Savings and Credit database (OEE), Eurofidai data (European Stocks), ETP Data System, the ECCCS M&A Database (skema Business School) as well as national statistics from different countries gathered in a seamless and harmonised form.

An upgrade to access other databases will be available, although a separate licence will need to be maintained with the respective data vendors in some cases.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE

1. Purpose:

The purpose of the present General Conditions is to define the procedures for the availability of services of the site www.iods-data.eu, hereinafter “the Site” and its conditions of use by the User.
